A 'Barely Bolo' can be worn a couple of different ways 

1. wrap the leather once around the neck at your desired length, and  let the tassels hang (a fun boho look) 

2. Wrap the leather once around the neck at your desired length, and thread the tassel ends through the brass ring. Gently pull beaded tassel down and slide brass pendant up. (Voilà! Barely a Bolo)
